Tamal Vista Corridor Study

This detailed corridor study involved a comprehensive community engagement process with city council and planning commission study sessions, workshops and neighborhood meetings, and online surveys to explore the assets and opportunities along a major corridor through the heart of the town. The project concluded in an update of the current standards and regulatory framework and design guidelines to adequately guide and govern future development while protecting the area’s character and community’s vision.
Dave served as Project Manager for this project while at M-Group.
