Plan to Place led an engagement effort to gather input related to a proposal for a new Santa Clara International Swim Center (ISC), Community Recreation Center (CRC) and International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) re-imagined at the city’s Community Recreation, Swimming and Competitive Aquatics in Central Park.
