Objective Design and Development Standards

Plan to Place worked closely with the Marin County, community members and planning staff to establish a guiding vision for the developing Objective Design and Development Standards for the housing development. Visioning activities include virtual community workshops, pop-ups at multiple locations and cities, focus group meetings, surveys, and thoughtful discussions with residents and property owners. The insights cultivated through these activities will be integral to advancing a comprehensive vision for the area that will inform housing development patterns.
