Objective Design and Development Standards
Marin Countywide | CA
Plan to Place worked closely community development staff throughout the county and the Opticos team to prepare a holistic outreach and engagement strategy to connect with stakeholders in each jurisdiction to inform the Objective Design and Development Standards toolkit, to streamline the development of multi-family housing. Activities include virtual community workshops, pop-ups events, focus group meetings, surveys, and thoughtful discussions with residents and property owners.
