Downtown Transit Corridors Plan + EIR

San Bruno | CA

This visioning and strategic planning process in collaboration with the City of San Bruno aimed at providing stronger definitions of land uses and character along key boulevards and corridors within the City’s downtown area. The project team developed strategies around multiple transit adjacent, high-density mixed-use development to capitalize on the proximity of the San Bruno BART and future Caltrain stations. The plan integrated the policies from the Grand Boulevard Initiative, in an effort to increase the performance, safety and the aesthetics of the El Camino Real corridor. Community outreach efforts included design charrettes, surveys, walking tours and online engagement to foster input throughout the planning process.

Dave served as Project Manager for this project while at MIG.

David was the TCP project manager and did an excellent job meeting all deadlines and responding to city staff comments. Most importantly, he has the ability to listen to the public and turn their vision into a practical planning document.
