Downtown Precise Plan

Plan to Place is collaborating with a team led by Opticos Design, to prepare a demographic analysis, an affordable housing and anti-displacement strategy, and implement a dynamic outreach strategy to foster input on a downtown plan for the City. The community engagement effort led by Opticos includes walking tours, a multi-day charrette to efficiently prepare and test a range of land use and circulation strategies, pop-up events, meetings with an advisory committee, and workshops.
