Plan to Place managed an outreach effort led by I-SEEED/ Streetwyze and City staff to prepare a racial equity lens or assessment tool to minimize unanticipated adverse impacts of proposed policies and institutional practices on traditionally under-served groups. The strategies were co-created and refined through multiple stakeholder, focus group and community meetings.
