Harbor Industrial Area (HIA) Specific Plan

Plan to Place is working with the City of Belmont and the community to implement a comprehensive engagement plan to reach all segments of the community for the HIA Specific Plan Project. Outreach and engagement included the advisory group, youth groups/committees, business and development community, non-profit housing groups, property owners, HOAs, and regional agencies.  Plan to Place assisted in conducting interactive in-person meetings, pop-ups, and workshops at popular locations and prepared virtual platforms to provide access to the planning effort through online media, surveys, and feedback forms to ensure broad participation and feedback.
